LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of renewable lease register-book, Vol. 64,
folio 144 (Nelson Registry), for 470 acres, being Section 7,
Block XVI, of the Maimai Survey District, in favour of JOHN
GUSTAVE NYBERG, formerly of Mawheraiti, Sawmiller, now
deceased, having been lodged with me together with an application
for the issue of a provisional renewable lease in lieu thereof, I hereby
give notice of my intention to issue such provisional renewable lease
after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.
