THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Maori Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby vary an Order in Council made on the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at page 735, and affecting Hauturu East B 2, Section 2A 1A, and other blocks, by excluding therefrom the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

P URSUANT to section five of the Maori Purposes Act, 1937, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation, to be administered for the common use of the Ngati-Parewahawaha Sub-tribe as a marae and meeting-place.

Authorizing Exercise of Jurisdiction by Maori Land Court

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section one hundred and thirty of the Maori Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the Maori Land Court to exercise in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto the jurisdiction conferred upon that Court by Part V of the Maori Land Act, 1931.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
W HEREAS by an Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of that month, the control of the land described in the Schedule to that document, being a reserve for a site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the Raurimu Public Hall Board, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks, Act, 1928 :
And whereas it is desirable that Robert Henry Wheeler should be appointed a member of the said Board in place of Henry Bentley resigned :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said
Robert Henry Wheeler
to be a member of the Raurimu Public Hall Board constituted by the Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, hereinbefore referred to in place of the said Henry Bentley, resigned.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
W HEREAS by an Order in Council dated the fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of that month, the control of Lot 3, D.P. 17413, being part Allotment 15, Manaia Parish, Whangarei County, in the North Auckland Land District, a reserve for a site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the Taurikura Public Hall Board, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas it is desirable that William James Crook should be appointed a member of the said Board in place of David Stanley Edwin Kerr, resigned :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said
William James Crook
to be a member of the Taurikura Public Hall Board, constituted by the Order in Council dated the fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, hereinbefore referred to, in place of the said David Stanley Edwin Kerr, resigned.
