BELL-SOMERS CONSTRUCTION, LIMITED

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter
of BELL-SOMERS CONSTRUCTION, LIMITED, in voluntary
liquidation.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of members
of the above-named company will be held at 20 Brandon
Street, Wellington, on Friday, 18th August, 1949, at 12 noon, for
the purpose of having an account laid before them showing
the result of the winding-up, and determining the manner
in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and
of the liquidator shall be disposed of.

SU VANA PRODUCTS, LIMITED

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 232 of the
Companies Act, 1933, that a general meeting of the company
will be held at the office of the liquidator, 24 Winstone Buildings,
65 Queen Street, Auckland, on the 29th August, 1949, at 9.30 a.m.,
for the purpose of laying before the meeting an account showing
how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the
company has been disposed of and giving any explanation thereof.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and
any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday
evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of
the day preceding publication.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations
of general legislative force are no longer published
in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any
one or more of the following arrangements:—

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for
filing), subscription £1 12s. 6d. per annum in
advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
£1 5s. (Volumes for years 1941 and 1942 are out
of print.)

(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in
(1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis,
£2 7s. 6d. per annum in advance.

(4) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating
the purchase of extra copies.

Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now
with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies
may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland,
Christchurch, or Dunedin.
