NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licences.

Pharmacy Industry

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application should, not later than 11th August, 1949, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. Details: The buoys marking the position of Maori Rock, north of Kawau Island, and Sunday Rock in Waiheke Channel have disappeared and will be re-established as soon as possible.
