A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-nine.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare

road-diversions in connection with the South Island Main Trunk
Railway (North End) (Kaikoura Section).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 19·7 perches.

Being part Section 2, Harbour District.

Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20752.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129338, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1949.
