Social Security Act, 1938.-Notice Regarding Amendments to
Prescription Prices in New Zealand Formulary

ADDENDUM, January, 1949, to the New Zealand Formulary:-

NEW ZEALAND FORMULARY, PART 2

The references in this part of the New Zealand Formulary to
the First Schedule to the Rules of Prescription Pricing shall, where
applicable, be deemed to be to the Prescription Pricing Supplement
1949/1, issued by the Pharmacy Plan Industrial Committee. This
amendment shall take effect with respect to all medical prescriptions
and midwifery orders (whatever the date thereof) that are pre-
sented to a contractor for fulfilment on or after 1st February, 1949.

The Magistrates' Courts Act, 1947.-Transfer of Portion of Civil
Records of Certain Magistrates' Courts

WHEREAS the Magistrates' Courts at the places named in the
first column of the Schedule hereto now have jurisdiction
only in respect of criminal matters, and of matters under the
Destitute Persons Act, 1910, and any rules or regulations made
under that Act:

Now, therefore, I do hereby direct that all records in respect of
other matters now held in such Courts be delivered to the Registrars
of the Magistrates' Courts at the places respectively named in the
second column of the said Schedule.

The Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 13

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,*
the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:-

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery
    Notice 1946, Amendment No. 13, and shall be read together with
    and deemed part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946†
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. Clause (7) of the principal notice is hereby amended as
    follows:-

(a) By revoking the words "Gamble and Laing, Von Tempsky
Street, Hamilton," in relation to Zone No. 11, and
substituting the words "N. A. Laing, 23 Bond Street,
Claudelands."

(b) By revoking the words "Francis Rossiter, 8 Hukunui Road,
Hamilton," in relation to Zone No. 23, and substituting
the words "F. S. Kendrick, Killarney Road, Frankton."
