DEED OF SPECIAL PARTNERSHIP

In the matter of the Partnership Act, 1908, Part II, and in
the matter of Deed of Special Partnership made between
FREDERICK ARTHUR RICH as special partner, and COLIN
RICH and others as general partners.

WE, Frederick Arthur Rich, of Havelock North, Farm Manager,
Colin Rich, David Rich, and Murray Rich, all of Havelock
North, Orchardists, do hereby certify that we have entered into a
Deed of Special Partnership and that :—

(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to
be conducted is “Murray Rich and Company.”

(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners are—
Frederick Arthur Rich, of Havelock North, Farm
Manager, special partner ;
Colin Rich, of Havelock North, Orchardist, general
partner ;
David Rich, of Havelock North, Orchardist, general
partner ; and
Murray Rich, of Havelock North, Orchardist, general
partner.

(c) The amount of capital which the special partner, Frederick
Arthur Rich contributes is one thousand two hundred and sixty
pounds (£1,260), and the amount of capital which the general
partners each contributes is three hundred and sixty pounds
(£360).

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted is that
of Orchardists and Farmers.

(e) The principal or only place at which the business is to be
transacted is at “Karoola,” Havelock North.

(f) The time when such partnership is to commence is the
first (1st) day of July, 1949, and the time of termination of such
partnership is the thirty-first (31st) day of March, 1956.

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations
of general legislative force are no longer published
in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any
one or more of the following arrangements:—

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for
filing), subscription £1 12s. 6d. per annum in
advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
£1 5s. (Volumes for years 1941 and 1942 are out
of print.)

(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in
(1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis,
£2 7s. 6d. per annum in advance.

(4) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitat-
ing the purchase of extra copies.

Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now
with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies
may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland,
Christchurch, or Dunedin.
