Declaration of Result of Election of Producers’ Representatives on the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee
I, GRAHAM ALEXANDER BEARD, Returning Officer for the purposes of the election of four (4) producers’ representatives for appointment to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee, established under the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1940, made under the Marketing Act, 1936, and the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act, 1934, do hereby declare the following producers, to have been duly nominated, namely—
Donald Irving Llewellyn, and
Alexander William Ryder
for the two vacancies on the Northern Ward; and
Percy William Quayle Fargher, and
Owen Douglas Griffiths
for the two vacancies on the Southern Ward.
As the number of candidates nominated for both the Northern and Southern Wards does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, I therefore declare the said Donald Irving Llewellyn, Alexander William Ryder, Percy William Quayle Fargher, and Owen Douglas Griffiths to be duly elected for appointment to such office.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 242, folio 293 (Auckland Registry), for 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Lot 54 and part Lot 57, Deposited Plan 3646, and being part Allotment 13, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, in the name of GORDON LEAMING, of Auckland, Stonehand (now deceased), and of memorandum of mortgage 158273, VERA LEAMING to (now) EILEEN STELLA FOWELL, wife of Joseph Charles Fowell, of Sydney, New South Wales, Architect, as mortgagee of the above land, having been lodged with me together with an application to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and to register a transfer in exercise of power of sale in the said mortgage without production of the outstanding copy thereof in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and register such transfer on 1st July, 1949.
