8. The Board shall have prepared and submitted at an annual meeting to be held in the month of April in each year a report of the proceedings of the Board for the previous year ending on the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement of the receipts and expenditure of the Board for such year. A copy of every such report and statement, certified by the Chairman to be correct, shall be sent to the Minister of Lands as soon as possible after each annual meeting.

9. The Board shall control the said reserve and any building that may be erected thereon for the purposes of a public hall, and shall also afford settlers and residents of Waikokowai and the surrounding district such facilities for meeting within the said hall as may from time to time be determined by the Board: Provided that the Board shall have power to fix reasonable charges for the use of the said hall.

WHEREAS the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Clutha County Council for a reserve for a resting-place for stock by an Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette of the seventeenth day of that month, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:

And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection two of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.
