IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder has been made by the Maori Land Court under the provisions of the Maori Land Act, 1931.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 12th day of April, 1946, and published in Gazette No. 24 of the 17th day of the same month at page 488, whereby the said land was declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District, containing 8 acres, more or less, called or known as Maunu 1H 2B, and situated in Block XV, Purua Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 29th day of September, 1933, and published in Gazette No. 69 of the 5th day of October of the same year at page 2482, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Mohaka Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District, containing 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, called or known as Waipapa A 15 (formerly known as Waipapa 21), and situate in Block XIII, Waihua Survey District.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Okaiawa Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Aotea Maori Land Court District containing 141 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, called or known as Waokena Section 255A 1, and situate in Block X, Hawera Survey District, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 91, folio 7 (Taranaki Registry).
