Evidence having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of deferred-payment licence No. 977, entered in the Register-book, Vol. 412, folio 29 (Wellington Registry), in the name of GEORGE LEONARD CLOUGH, of Picton, Launch-driver, but formerly of Owenga, Chatham Islands, Labourer, for 4 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section 16, Town of Owenga, Chatham Islands, and application (K. 28135) having been made for the issue of a provisional duplicate of the said licence, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue a provisional duplicate of the said licence on the expiration of one calendar month from the date of the publication of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Evidence of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 51, folio 20 (Nelson Registry), for 1 acre and 9 perches, being part of Section 92 of the District of Takaka, situated in Block II of the Waitapu Survey District, in favour of RICHARD SCADDEN, formerly of Collingwood, Farmer, now deceased, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
