Dated upon me by the Child Welfare Act, 1925, I, Bernard Cyril 18th April, 1949. Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, The Hawkes Bay Regiment do hereby reappoint the several persons whose names and addresses Major P. W.
