A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act,
1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1948.

Situated in the Borough of Napier (Hawkes Bay R.D.).

In the Hawkes Bay Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128928, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged pink.

A PROCLAMATION
B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State
forest.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Great Barrier
Island County, containing approximately 1,318 acres 1 rood, and
described generally as follows :-
All that area containing approximately 1,073 acres 1 rood,
situated in Blocks III and VI, Fitzroy Survey District, and Blocks
I and II, Tryphena Survey District, and being Allotments 188 and
229, Aotea Parish.
Also all that area containing approximately 245 acres, situated
in Blocks II and III, Tryphena Survey District, and being Allotment
231, Aotea Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plans No.
15/10, 15/11, and 15/12, deposited in the Head Office of the State
Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North
Auckland plans S.O. 9070, 35057, 35255.)

of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the

Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State
forest.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.-SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Bruce County, containing
by admeasurement 85 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, and
being Sections 57 and 58, Block VI, Clarendon Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 215/13,
deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington,
and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1949.

upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State
forest.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.-NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County,
containing by admeasurement 634 acres, more or less, and being
Section 53, Block III, and Section 52, Block VII, Reefton Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan
No. 113/28, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson S.O. plan 7871.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1949.
