Trustees for Pollok Cemetery Appointed
B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General
P URSUANT to section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint
The Franklin County Council
to be the trustees of the cemetery within the meaning of the said
Act, known as the Pollok Cemetery, being the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management thereof.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing
3 acres, more or less, being allotment 69, Waitara Parish.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 12th day of April, 1949.

Appointment of Honorary Officer
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred
upon me by section 29 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1946,
I, Frederick Hackett, Minister of Marine, do hereby appoint the
person named in the following Schedule to be an Honorary Officer
for the acclimatization district shown in such Schedule for the
purposes of Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, such person to hold
office until the 31st March, 1950.
