PURSUANT to Regulation 2 (7) of the Citrus Canker Regulations, 1945, the declaration of the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto as infected areas under the said regulations is hereby revoked.

Milling-timber for Sale by Public Tender.—Southland Conservancy, Southland Land District
WRITTEN tenders close with the Conservator of Forests, Invercargill, at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, 27th April, 1949, for the purchase of all the branded and numbered trees on 362 acres in Blocks VIII and XII, Mokoreta Survey District, being Sawmill Area 213, State Forest No. 46, approximately eleven miles from Tokanui.
The total estimated quantity of timber in cubic feet is 773,050, or in board feet 4,985,300, made up as follows :—
