Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of an Aerodrome
(Radio Range) in Block V, Waitara Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio range); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 20 acres 0 roods 27 perches.
Being Sections 55, 56, 57, and 58, Waitara East District.
Situated in Block V, Waitara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8284.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126982, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of March, 1949.

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton — New Plymouth Railway.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 2 roods 38·5 perches, more or less, being part of the Block numbered VII on the plan of the Rangitikei District, and comprising the Lots numbered 8, 9, and 10, of Block XXVIII on Deposited Plan numbered 2150, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 185, folio 157 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of March, 1949.

Declaring Portion of Railway Land near Mamaku to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing one thousand nine hundred and eighty-six acres two roods and six perches (1,986 acres 2 roods 6 perches), more or less, situated in Block IX, Patetere North-east Survey District, comprising part of the eastern portion of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 2B No. 1, part of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 2B, part of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 2A No. 2A, part of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 2A No. 1, and part of the north-eastern portion of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 1A, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 120, folio 87 (Auckland Registry).

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one of section eight of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act, 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act, 1924.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Borough of Tauranga situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 2·2 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 29548, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part Section 5, Block X, Tauranga Survey District aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/30, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
