In the matter of section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, and
in the matter of J. R. Wood, LIMITED (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of J. R. Wood,
LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation) will be held at 97 Rangi-
tikei Street, Palmerston North, on Tuesday, 3rd May, 1949, at
2.15 p.m. for the purpose of receiving the final statement of accounts
on the winding-up of the company.

IN LIQUIDATION
Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice
is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the
above-named company, duly convened and held on the 24th March,
1949, the following special resolution was passed :—
“That the activities of the company be terminated, and that
the company be voluntarily wound-up, and that GEORGE NIGEL
GLEDSTANES MORRIS, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is
hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
All persons or companies having claims against the above-
named company are required to send full particulars of same to
the undersigned on or before 24th April, 1949, otherwise they may
be excluded from any participation in any distribution of assets.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME
I, DAPHNE MAY SANDERS, of 12 Severn Street, Island Bay,
in the City of Wellington (now lately called DAPHNE MAY
BAYLISS), do hereby give notice that I have, by deed poll dated the
12th day of August, 1947, and duly enrolled in the Supreme Court
of New Zealand at Wellington, under No. M. 90/47, for myself
absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former surname
of BAYLISS and in lieu thereof have assumed and adopted the surname
of SANDERS, so that I may henceforth be called and known, not by
my former surname of BAYLISS, but by my assumed surname of
SANDERS.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 2nd day of February, 1949, presented to the said Court by
Hans Nathan and Felix Klein, carrying on business as Fena Pro-
ducts, 28 Webber Street, Grey Lynn, Manufacturers, and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Auckland on the 29th day of April, 1949, at ten (10) o’clock in the
forenoon ; and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his
counsel for that purpose ; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the
same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.
