Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

URSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Waikato Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District, containing 69 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less, called or known as Lot 293, Parish of Taupiri, and situated in Block II, Hapuakohe Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
P
URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 12th day of December, 1938, and published in Gazette No. 92 of the 15th day of the same month at page 2786, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District, containing 1 acre 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, called or known as Karetu C 1A, and situate in Block X, Russell Survey District.

URSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 985, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 128* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 4th day of April, 1949.

The Second and Third Schedules to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 981†, are hereby revoked, and the following Schedules substituted therefor respectively :—
