Land Taken for the Purpose of a Street in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
