Vesting a Reserve in the Auckland City Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of March, 1949
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for water-conservation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, in trust, for water-conservation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALLOTMENT 127, Otau Parish, situated in Block XIV, Wairoa Survey District: Area, 175 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less. (North Auckland plan S.O. 30991L.)

Vesting a Reserve in the One Tree Hill Borough Council

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for access-way purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of One Tree Hill:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of One Tree Hill, in trust, for access-way purposes.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Borough of One Tree Hill, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 22·9 perches, more or less, being Lot 173 as shown on the plan numbered 17735, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part Allotments 13 and 14 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25/274B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as reserves for access-way purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the date hereof the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, in trust, for access-way purposes.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those areas in the County of Franklin situated in Blocks IX and X, Awhitu Survey District, containing by admeasurement a total of 1 rood 12·6 perches, more or less, being Lots 27 and 61, as shown on the plan numbered 18680, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being parts of Allotment 11, Parish of Kahawai. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 6/1/769 and 6/1/769A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as reserves for recreation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt, in trust, for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in the City of Lower Hutt, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Lot 53 on S.O. plan 20369, and being part Section 14, Hutt District, and accretion thereto. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/754/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

All that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 0·92 perches, more or less, being Lot 20 on Survey Office plan 20128, and being part of Section 26, Hutt District, City of Lower Hutt. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/754/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revoking the Reservation over a Reserve in Block X, Paeroa Survey District, Auckland Land District

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for railway purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 8, Block II, Reporoa Township, situated in Block X, Paeroa Survey District: Area, 1 acre, more or less.
