The Magistrates' Courts Act, 1947.--Revoking Direction That Portion of Civil Records of the Magistrates' Court at Alexandra be Transferred
WHEREAS pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Magistrates' Courts Act, 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, on the 15th day of December, 1948, appointed the Borough of Alexandra as a borough in which a Magistrate's Court may be held for the exercise of criminal jurisdiction:
And whereas by a direction dated the 20th day of January, 1949, I directed that certain records in the Magistrate's Court at Alexandra be delivered to the Registrar of the Magistrate's Court at Cromwell:
And whereas pursuant to subsection (1) of section 4 of the Magistrates' Courts Act, 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General on the 22nd day of February, 1949, appointed the Borough of Alexandra as a borough in which a Magistrate's Court may be held for the exercise of civil jurisdiction:
Now, therefore, I do hereby direct that my said direction dated the 20th day of January, 1949, be amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto the name of Alexandra where it appears in the first column thereof and the name of Cromwell where it firstly appears in the second column thereof.

Notice of Intention to Take a Leasehold Estate in Land in the City of Dunedin for an Automatic-telephone Exchange
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work--to wit, the construction of an automatic-telephone exchange--and for the purposes of such public work the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin by William Edward Greaves, of Dunedin, Engineer, under and by virtue of Lease No. 9185, Otago Registry, is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land in respect of which the leasehold estate is required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Dunedin and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said leasehold estate should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such leasehold estate, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is required to be taken: 28.3 perches. Being part Lot 4, Block IX, D.P. 17, Township of South Dunedin.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128371, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:-

This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 14, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

Clause (7) of the principal notice is hereby amended as follows:-
(a) By revoking the words 'Hamilton Milk Vendors' Association (Inc.)' in relation to Zone 21, and substituting the words 'F. E. Coogan, 35 Wilson Street, Hamilton.'
(b) By revoking the words 'Hamilton Milk Treatment Corporation' in relation to Zone 22, and substituting the words 'F. E. Coogan, 35 Wilson Street, Hamilton.'

The Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942, Amendment No. 11
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:-

This notice may be cited as the Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942, Amendment No. 11, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

Clause 6 of the principal scheme is hereby amended as follows:-
(a) By revoking, in relation to deliveries in Zone No. 8 and in part of Zone No. 9, the words 'G. B. Price and J. R. Waddell, of Rotorua,' and substituting the words 'G. B. Price, J. R. Waddell, and M. Bell, of Rotorua.'
(b) By revoking the words 'M. C. Wiggins, of Rotorua,' in relation to Zone No. 3, and substituting the words 'Rotorua Pasteurised Milk Co., Ltd.'

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 17th March, 1949, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
