PURSUANT to the requirements of section 13 (1) of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Wairere Electric-power District, taken on the 2nd day of December, 1948, on the proposal of the Wairere Electric-power District to borrow the sum of thirteen thousand pounds (£13,000), for the purpose of purchasing and installing additional generating plant for the Wairere Falls Power-station—

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
