A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

All being parts of Allotment 189, Parish of Takapuna.

Situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34765.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128187, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section twenty-nine of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection six of the said section twenty-nine.
