His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
B Y virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operations of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Pahi Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Pahi Domain Board.

All that area in the County of Waitemata, situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 16-8 perches, more or less, being Lot 147 as shown on the plan numbered 30907, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being part of Allotments 32 and 32A, Parish of Waikomiti. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/960, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

All that area in the Manawatu County and Bulls Town District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 4 and 5 and part of the old bed of Rangitikei River, Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/179, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for the sole and exclusive use and benefit and advantage of the first company of the Clutha Rifle Volunteers over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

All that area containing by admeasurement 16-8 perches, more or less, being part of Section 8, Block XII, Inchclutha Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 235, folio 252 (Otago Registry).
