IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the former Pokeno Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding sixty pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Patumahoe Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—FORMER POKEHO DOMAIN
All those areas in the County of Franklin situated in Block XIII, Opapeka Survey District, containing by admeasurement a total of 132 acres and 4 perches, more or less, being Allotment 154, Parish of Maungatawhiri, and Lot 138, Settlement of Pokeno, Suburban Section 1, Parish of Maungatawhiri.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—PATUMAHOE DOMAIN
ALL that area in the County of Franklin situated in Block X, Drury Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 39-1 perches, more or less, being Allotment 51, Puni Parish.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of that month, the control of the land described in the Schedule to that document, being a reserve for a site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the "Wairau Valley Public Hall Board," in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas it is desirable that Ernest Samuel Lewis Timms and Charles Henry Gleeson should be appointed members of the said Board in place of Mervyn Alfred Wadsworth and Cyril John Slow, resigned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Honikiwi Domain therein described:
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

Domain Board Appointed to Have Control of the Piha Domain

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in Gazette of the eleventh day of that month, the Piha Beach Domain Board was constituted and appointed to control the Piha Beach Domain, in pursuance of section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas it is desired to change the name of the said Piha Beach Domain to Piha Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, from and after the date hereof, be known as the Piha Domain; and, with the like advice and consent as aforesaid, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, hereinbefore referred to, and doth hereby appoint

Ira Nelson Elwood,
Lealie George William Ferguson,
William Thomas Patrick Heffernan,

to be the Piha Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of and subject to the provisions of the said Act.
The first meeting of the said Board shall be held on Saturday the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, at eight o'clock p.m., at Mrs. Ketterer's Tearooms, Piha.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—PIHA DOMAIN
ALL that area in the Waitamata County, situated in Block III, Waitakere Survey District, containing by admeasurement 28 acres 3 roods and 20-7 perches, more or less, being Lot 306 and Parts Recreation Reserve on D.P. 24667, Lot 71 on D.P. 25709, Lot 76 on D.P. 31268, and Lots 1, 2, and 3 on D.P. 31269; all being parts of Piha Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1102E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
