meeting of the above company held on Wednesday, Ist day
of December, 1948, the following resolution was passed :-
That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business and that it is advisable for the company
to be wound up voluntarily;
and at a subsequent meeting of creditors the following resolution
was passed :-
That JOHN MACFARLANE ELLIFFE, Public Accountant, of
Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
