Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Geraldine County Council
W HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a site for offices of the Temuka Road Board and was vested, in trust, in the Temuka Road Board:
And whereas by special order the Temuka Road Board was dissolved and the Road District of Temuka was merged in the County of Geraldine, and the land described in the Schedule hereto became vested in the Corporation of the County of Geraldine:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled and the Geraldine County Council has duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Corporation of the County of Geraldine of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 4·9 perches, more or less, being part of Rural Section 2482 (formerly described as Sections 55 and 56), situated in the Borough of Temuka. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5456, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

W HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for public recreation purposes, and is vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Ohakune:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Ohakune Borough Council has duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Ohakune of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

W HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a site for offices of the Temuka Road Board:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for municipal purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for offices of the Temuka Road Board to a reserve for municipal purposes.
