A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
30-35 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 7604, being part of Suburban Section 29, Class I,
Town of Clyde, and being the whole of the land comprised
and described in Certificate of Title, H.B. Volume 4, folio 162
(Hawke's Bay Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 27th day of October, 1948.

I N pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by
section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same
is hereby set apart for the purpose of Part I of the said Act.

B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State
forest.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands
County, containing by admeasurement 956 acres 3 roods 30 perches,
more or less, and being Section 27, Block II, Hukerenui Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan
No. 9/20, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plan

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, Raglan and Otoro-
hanga Counties, containing by admeasurement 11,517 acres 3 roods
11 perches, more or less, and described generally as follows:—
All that area containing 11,121 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more
or less, being Section 8, Block XI, Karioi Survey District, Section 3,
Block IX, and Sections 1, 2, 4, and 5, Block XIII, Alexandra
Survey District, and part of Moerangi No. 4 Block, being provisional
State forest (Gazette, 1920, page 2118, Gazette, 1938, page 2357,
and Gazette, 1940, page 727), situated in Block XI, Karioi Survey
District, Blocks IX, XIII, and XIV, Alexandra Survey District,
and Blocks I and II, Pirongia Survey District, and bounded generally
as follows : Towards the north-east by Moerangi Nos. 1A 2, 1A 1,
1B 2B, 1B 1, and 1C Blocks ; towards the north by Moerangi Nos. 1C,
1E 4, and 1D Blocks ; towards the north-east by Allotment 379,
the abutment of a road, and Allotments 380, 385, 309, 288, and 287,
Pirongia Parish ; towards the south-east by permanent State
forest (Gazette, 1900, page 6, and Gazette, 1935, page 581) and Sec-
tion 3, Block I, Pirongia Survey District; towards the west by

the west and south by Section 6, Block XIII, Alexandra Survey
District, and the crossing of a road; towards the east and south-
west by a road ; towards the west by the Koponui Road ; towards
the south-east by the crossing of the Koponui Road and by Makomako
Road; towards the south-west by Section 7, Block XI, Karioi
Survey District, and towards the north-west by Sections 2 and 10,
Block XI aforesaid, a road, Section 3, Block XI aforesaid, again

deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wel-
lington, and thereon bordered red.

in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
