NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, viz. :- "That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-western side of the portion of Tyne Street adjoining Lot 35, Township of Linden, being part Section 4, Block III, Upper Kaikorai Survey District, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 25/183"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Tyne Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Clutha County Council on the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, in so far as it affects the side and portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :- "That the Clutha County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Clutha, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of the portion of Lakeside Road adjoining part Section 13, Block III, Woodland Survey District, and contained in Certificate of Title 109/125;" subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Lakeside Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
