At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of October, 1948
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General In Council Pursuant to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1935, and the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Hastings Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting such street within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Borough of Hastings, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 18Β·6 perches, more or less, being part of Subdivision E of the Heretaunga Block, and being also part of Lot 41 on Deeds Plan 103. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127819, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Princes Street, in the Borough of Northcote, Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, Subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Northcote Borough Council on the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.: "The body corporate called the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Northcote, being the local authority having control of Queen Street and Princes Street in the Borough of Northcote, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western side of Princes Street fronting subdivision of part Allotment 30, Parish of Takapuna, comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 564, folio 109, and Volume 564, folio 152 (Auckland Registry)"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Princes Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Northcote, known as Princes Street, fronting parts Allotment 30, Parish of Takapuna. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127810, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, viz.: "The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the western side of Dover Street adjoining the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 384, folio 121"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Dover Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Dover Street, fronting part of Rural Section 311. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 127809, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the thirteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, in so far as it affects the side and portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, viz.: "The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Waimea County, by resolution declares that the provision of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western portion of road fronting subdivision of part Section 232, Motueka District, Block VII, Motueka Survey District, and contained in the Certificate of Title 62/155";
