NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court made at Wellington on Friday, the 8th day of October, 1948, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from five thousand pounds (£5,000) to two thousand pounds (£2,000), and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on Monday, the 11th day of October, 1948: And further, take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following:—

“ That the capital of the company is henceforth two thousand (£2,000) divided into five thousand shares of eight shillings (8s.) each, instead of the former capital of five thousand pounds (£5,000) divided into five thousand shares of one pound (£1) each.”
