Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as
street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
2 roods 8 perches.
Being Road Reserve, being portion of Allotment 29, District of
Tamaki.
Situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 34905.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127769, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of October, 1948.

Land Proclaimed as Street in the Borough of New Plymouth

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as
street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 11.13
perches.
Being part Lot H, D.P. 2012, being parts Sections 1062 and 1063,
Town of New Plymouth.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of
New Plymouth (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8313.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particu-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127733, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of October, 1948.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Lower Hutt
[L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 20.95 perches.
Being Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 on D.P. 11114, being part Section 21
of the Hutt District, and being the whole of the land comprised
and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 496, folio 236
(Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 1st day of October, 1948.
