HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the nineteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Rongomai Domain, and doth hereby appoint
Frederick John Evans,
John Fargher,
Hugh Halcombe Godfrey,
Kenneth Robert Hislop,
William Miller Osbourne Kinvig,
Charles William Albert Morrison,
Laurence Ramsay,
Charles Henry Schnell, and
Walton Thomas White
to be the Rongomai Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Rongomai Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SECTION 2, Block I, Mangaone Village, Block III, Mangaone Survey District: Area, 5 acres 0 roods 32 perches, more or less.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District Brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Karamea Memorial Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Buller County, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being part of Sections 18 and 19, Square 152, situated in Block XIV, Oparara Survey District, and being the whole of the land shown on plan No. 3858, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Nelson. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/609, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Fendalton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Fendalton Domain Board.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Manaia Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Manaia Domain Board.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Hector Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Hector Domain Board.

ALL that area situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being part of Sections 79A and 165, Town of Hector, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 100, folio 230 (Nelson Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/703, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
