Notice is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder will be heard by the Maori Land Court sitting at Dargaville on Tuesday, the 5th October, 1948, at 10.30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and Orders as under:

Public Works Act, 1928, and the Electricity Act, 1945 Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, Amendment No. 7 1948/151 22/9/48 3d.

Price Order No. 934 (Amending Price Order No. 665) (Apples and Pears)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 934, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 665* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 27th day of September, 1948.

  3. The First and Second Schedules to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 930†, are hereby revoked, and the following Schedules substituted therefor:
