A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, containing by admeasurement 104 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being Section 2, Block VI, Karioi Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 71/26, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 103/19, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
