HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the additional land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a public school.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land permitted to be taken: 2 roods 20·47 perches.
Being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 12759, part Section 114, Epuni Hamlet, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 501, folio 19 (Wellington Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be Government road: 3 roods 18·3 perches.
Adjoining part Section 524, Patea District.
Situated in Block XIV, Hawera Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8221.)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twelve of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Waipawa County, known as the Te Roto Farm Settlement Road, commencing at its junction with Paulsen's Road at the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block VII, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally adjoining the said Section 4 and Section 3, Block VII, Takapau Survey District, and terminating at a point on the northern boundary of the said Section 4, being a distance of fourteen and a half chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126482, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Unnamed Road, in the County of Tuapeka, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of January, 1948
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Tuapeka County Council on the seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, viz.:
“That the Tuapeka County Council, being the local authority having control of the road on the north-eastern boundary of Section Two (2), Block One (I), Waipori Survey District, doth hereby declare that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the above-mentioned road”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of unnamed road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
THE south-western side of all that portion of unnamed road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Tuapeka, fronting Section 2, Block I, Waipori District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126511, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western and North-eastern Sides of Portions of Poynter's Crescent and the South-eastern Side of Portion of Fifeshire Crescent, in the City of Nelson, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of January, 1948
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, viz.:
“That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply—firstly, to the south-western side of the portion of Poynter's Crescent adjoining Lots 11 and 23 and part of Lot 24 on the plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Nelson as No. 11, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 52, folio 64, and Volume 20, folio 142; secondly, to the north-eastern side of the portion of Poynter's Crescent adjoining Lot 22 on the plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Nelson as No. 11, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 10, folio 190; and, thirdly, to the south-eastern side of the portion of Fifeshire Crescent adjoining part of the said Lot 22”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western and north-eastern sides of the portions of Poynter's Crescent or the south-eastern side of the portion of Fifeshire Crescent (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE
THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Poynter's Crescent, fronting Lots 11 and 23 and part Lot 24, D.P. 11, being part Section 1181, City of Nelson.
