Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution

NOTICE is hereby given of the following special resolution passed by the above-mentioned company by an entry in its minute-book on the 2nd day of September, 1948, signed as provided by subsection (1) of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933:

"1. That the company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to subsection 1 (b) of section 221 of the said Act;

"2. That Mr. T. E. V. TURPIN, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."

WHANGAROA COUNTY COUNCIL Notice OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF A ROAD IN THE COUNTY OF WHANGAROA

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a road: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands is deposited at the office of the Whangaroa County Council at Kaeo, and is there open for inspection (without fee) during office hours; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Whangaroa County Council at Kaeo.
