I, LEONARD GRAY TUCK, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated
Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to
appear to me that Waikiekie Telephone Association (Incorporated)
is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is dissolved
as from the date of this declaration in pursuance of section 28 of the
Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
