Appointment of an Honorary Fishery Officer

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 29 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1946, I, Frederick Hackett, Minister of Marine, do hereby appoint

to be an Honorary Fishery Officer for the purposes of Part I of the Fisheries Act, 1908, to hold office until the 31st day of March, 1950.

Appointment of Licensing Authority in Terms of the Transport Licensing Amendment Act, 1936

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Transport Licensing Amendment Act, 1936, the Minister of Transport doth hereby appoint Clifford Lyle Bishop, of Eastbourne, as District Licensing Authority for No. 3 Transport District and District Licensing Authority for the No. 4 Transport District respectively for a term in each case ending on the 30th day of November, 1948.
