A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 30·2 perches.

Being part Lot 1 (Road Reserve) on D.P. 32632, being part Allotment 36, Matakana Parish.

Situated in Block XV, Pakiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34941.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127549, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 26041, being part Tauhei 7A 4A Block.

Situated in Block XV, Hapuakohe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33336.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127489, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
