At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1948
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section forty of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1946, and all other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the disposition to and the acquisition by William Robert Atkins, of Tarras, Farmer, of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of section one hundred and seven of the Land Act, 1924.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing 4,450 acres, being Run 236F, Tarras and Lower Hawea Survey Districts, and being all the land comprised and described in Small Grazing-run Lease No. 1035, registered in Register-book, Volume 251, folio 55 (Otago Registry).
Also all that area containing 183 acres 2 roods 26 perches, being Section 5, Block VII, Tarras Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in Lease in Perpetuity No. 316, registered in Register-book, Volume 110, folio 3 (Otago Registry).
