Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Fendalton Domain

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of June, 1948
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of September of that year, appointing a Domain Board to control the Fendalton Domain, and doth hereby appoint
Arthur Hastings Bridge,
Adolf Braae,
Gordon Alison Guy Connal,
Richard Strachan De Renzy Harman,
James Renwick Leslie Hilson,
James Douglas Hutchison,
Francis Joseph Shanks, and
The two members of the Waimairi County Council representing the Fendalton Riding, ex officio,
to be the Fendalton Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, at four o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of the Fendalton Domain Board, 161 Hereford Street, Christchurch, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Reserve 4521 (formerly Lot 3, D.P. 12633, being part of Rural Section 60), Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 490, folio 57 (Canterbury Registry): Area, 4 acres 1 rood 37·3 perches, more or less.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Block II, Heringa Survey District, Marlborough Land District

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day of June, 1948

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a site for a post-office:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for buildings of the General Government:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for a post-office to a reserve for buildings of the General Government.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for gravel and other public purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for county buildings:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for gravel and other public purposes to a reserve for county buildings.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of July, 1948
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Te Awahono Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

WHEREAS the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Amuri County Council for a reserve for a resting-place for travelling stock by an Order in Council dated the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and published in Gazette of the fifteenth day of that month, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked:
