In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter
of RADIO PRODUCTS, LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of Radio Products,
Limited, in liquidation, will be held at the company's office,
Empire Buildings, Swanson Street, Auckland, on Thursday, 15th
July, 1948, at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of presenting to shareholders in general meeting the liquidator's final statement of
accounts and giving any explanations thereof.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution pursuant to Section 222
of the Companies Act, 1933
NOTICE is hereby given that at the annual general meeting of
the above-named company, duly convened and held on the
16th day of June, 1948, the following special resolution was duly
passed:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily."
And that WILFRED DALTON SHELTON, of Gore, Company
Secretary, be and is hereby appointed liquidator.
