OTOROHANGA TOWN BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928

Pursuant to section 22 of the Public Works Act, 1928, notice is hereby given that a plan of lands proposed to be taken by the Otorohanga Town Board for public works is deposited in the Town Clerk’s Office, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga, and may be inspected at any time during office hours. The lands and the purpose for which they are required are specified in the Schedule hereto.

All persons affected by such work who have any well-founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands are required to send their objections in writing to the Town Clerk, Otorohanga, within forty days from this date.

THE SCHEDULE

Required for continuation of waterworks as provided by section 244 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933. The following land in Blocks III and IV of the Orahiri Survey District :—

The above piece of land is shown on Survey Office plan No. 33616 (Auckland).
