IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for the Public Service of the Province of Nelson over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

ALL that area in the Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 31 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less, being part Sections 39 and 40, Suburban South District, Block IV, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 23472, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for an endowment in aid of the Town Board funds for the benefit of the Town of Ormondville over the lands described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said lands, being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Hamilton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Hamilton Domain Board.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 8·8 perches, more or less, being Lot 17 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 27570 (Town of Hamilton Extension No. 77), and being portion of Allotment 36, Parish of Pukete, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 798, folio 136.
