Wanganui Hessian bags for use as meat coverings Classes C, D, E, and E plus 50 per cent., and empty returns (excepting benzine in bulk, explosives, and motor-cars in cases). Owner’s risk 43s. 6d. per ton. 39s. per ton. Minimum quantity 4 tons per four-wheeled wagon and 50 tons each and every week, including tonnage railed in the reverse direction.
