  • Includes collection within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf.

  • The rate for other classes of wagons will be pro rata of the ratio for an 8-ton wagon, based on the weight capacity of the wagon used.

  • Including allowance for carriage within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf.
