Revocation of Price Order No. 775 (Imitation Crystallized Cherries)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby revoke Price Order No. 775* relating to imitation crystallized cherries. Dated at Wellington, this 21st day of April, 1948.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II (Unclaimed Lands)
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trustee Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands), made due inquiry with respect to the lands described in the Schedule hereunder and the whereabouts of the owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said lands, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent thereto: And whereas the owner has not established his title to the said lands as required by that Act, I hereby give notice that the said lands are under and by virtue of that Act vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, the value of the lands for the purposes of section 67 (d) of that Act being less than five hundred pounds (£500).
SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land containing twenty-six and seven-tenths (26.7) perches, situate in the Town of Raroa, being parts of Sections 7 and 9 of the Porirua District, and being Lot 41, Block II, on Deposited Plan No. 1988, and part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 419, folio 296, of the Register-book at Wellington, the registered proprietor of which is the Johnsonville Land Company, Limited, which has been struck off the Register of Companies.

All that parcel of land containing 8 acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, being part of the north-western portion of Allotment 98 of the Parish of Mangapai, and the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 590, folio 276, of the Register-book at Auckland, the registered proprietor whereof is William Fleming, of Auckland, Labourer, the grantee under Crown Grant No. 2739B dated the 17th day of October, 1865.

Cancellation of Teacher's Certificate and Registration as a Teacher
IT is hereby notified that the teacher's certificate and registration as a teacher of William Dixon Barnett is hereby cancelled under the provisions of section 17 of the Education Amendment Act, 1924.

Colours : Navy blue, saxe blue, and wine.

Claim for Registration of School Colours

THE following claim for the registration of school colours, &c., has been made in accordance with the regulations published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 12th August, 1915, and amendments thereto.
The claim will be registered unless objection is received by me within forty days of the publication hereof:-
QUEEN VICTORIA SCHOOL FOR MAORI GIRLS
Colours: Alternate diagonal black and gold stripes each ½ in. wide, a thin gold stripe running through centre of black.
Badge: A black shield bordered in gold, the upper portion bearing the motto "Mo te Atua me te Kingi" and the lower the words "Queen Victoria School"; in the centre a Bishop's mitre in gold surmounting a pale blue shield bordered in gold and bearing three stars in gold.

Manufacture of Wooden Heels
En-Ta Toys, Ltd., 2A Empire Road, Epsom, Auckland, has applied for a licence to manufacture wooden heels.
Pharmacy Industry
J. T. McMullan, 431 Cashel Street, Christchurch, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at 618 Ferry Road, Woolston, Christchurch.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 13th May, 1948, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Acting-Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.

Draft New Zealand Standard Specification.—D. 2405 Electrical Performance of Resistance Welding Apparatus
NOTICE is hereby given that the above Draft New Zealand Standard Specification is now being circulated to affected interests for consideration and comment. The closing-date fixed for such comment is the 23rd July, 1948.
All persons who may be affected by this specification once it has been declared a Standard Specification by the Minister of Industries and Commerce may, at any time before the closing-date for comments, obtain, on application, free copies from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Hamilton Chambers, 201 Lambton Quay, Wellington, so as to have an opportunity to consider the draft and to comment thereon to the Standards Council or to an appropriate committee of the Council in accordance with subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act, 1941.
