Amending the Conditions respecting the taking of Imported Game and Native Game in the North Canterbury Acclimatization District
In exercise of the powers vested in him by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, the Minister of Internal Affairs doth hereby vary the notification dated 16th April, 1948, made under that Act, and published in Gazette No. 21 of the 19th day of the same month at page 413, by revoking the proviso to Restriction No. 1 included under the heading “General Conditions” appearing on page 413 thereof, and by substituting the following proviso:—
“Provided that in the North Canterbury Acclimatization District no person shall continue shooting later than 6 p.m. on each and every day during the open season.”
