Revocation of Appointment of certain Garage-proprietors for Issue
of Warrant of Fitness
IN terms of Regulation 11 of the Traffic Regulations 1936, and
all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, Frederick
Hackett, Minister of Transport, do hereby revoke the approval
of the person and firm described in the Schedule hereto for the
purpose of the issue of warrants of fitness for motor-vehicles.

The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice of
Intention to take Lands
THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the
Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby
gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the
Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the
15th day of March, 1949, as the date on which possession of the
lands is required, and the 31st day of May, 1948, as the date on or
before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said
Act.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land situated in Block XIII, Tapapa Survey
District, and Block I, Patetere North Survey District, containing
by admeasurement one thousand seven hundred and forty-nine
(1,749) acres one (1) rood twenty-four decimal one (24·1) perches,
more or less, being part of the Okoroire Block, and being the balance
of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 325, folio 243
(Auckland Registry).
Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement
decimal two three (0·23) perches, more or less, being Section 3,
Block I, Patetere North Survey District, and being all of the land
described in certificate of title, Vol. 359, folio 263 (Auckland
Registry).

The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice
Intention to take Lands
THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of
the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby
gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the
Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the
16th day of June, 1948, as the date on which possession of the
lands is required, and the 3rd day of June, 1948, as the date on or
before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said
Act.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land situated in Blocks VI, VII, X, and XI,
Komakorau Survey District, containing by admeasurement one
thousand one hundred and sixty-five (1,165) acres one (1) rood
twenty-one decimal four (21·4) perches, more or less, being part
Lot 2B on Deposited Plan 7126, being portion of Allotment 224,
Parish of Komakorau, and part of a block granted to the New
Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, by grant
dated 20th July, 1876, and being all the land described in certifi-
cate of title, Vol. 838, folio 72 (Auckland Registry).
Also all that parcel of land situated in Block VI, Komakorau
Survey District, containing by admeasurement eighteen (18) acres
one (1) rood thirty-three decimal five (33·5) perches, more or less,
being Lot 2A and part Lot 2B on Deposited Plan 7126, being portion
of Allotment 224, Parish of Komakorau, and being all the land
described in certificate of title, Vol. 195, folio 297 (Auckland Registry).

admeasurement four hundred and thirty-eight (438) acres one (1)
rood four (4) perches, more or less, being part of Section 877,
Wharcama Block, Block X, Mangapakeha Survey District, and
